There’s always someone behind the camera. Looking through the lens, gazing at the world. Why?

Because there is always something out there waiting to be visualized, imagined and captured. At the right moments life and magic enter the frame.

My name is Ilari Kallinen. A mellow, bearded fella constantly looking for a tune or a new angle. My studies and practise around camera work have stolen my heart and soul.

I started my studies in University of Lapland in 2018. Unique in Finland the Audiovisual Media Culture program combines art and science. In addition to my main field Media Science I have studied Photography, Film making and Multimedia. Springtime 2021 I graduated with Bachelor of Arts degree.
